How Exami born
It all began with a simple idea from my co-founder — to start a weekly Telegram newsletter that shared the latest examination updates and opportunities with students.
At first, I dismissed it. After all, there were already countless websites, channels, and groups doing the same thing. But later that night, the thought stayed with me. As students, we had faced so many small frictions and gaps in the exam process — from confusing information to outdated forms and scattered updates — all of which ate into our actual study time.
That's when it clicked: what if there was one single platform where students could discover any exam in the world, apply seamlessly without endless forms, and even plan their studies based on their exam and coaching schedules?
The next day, we met in a park — two cups of coffee, one big idea, and a lot of curiosity. As we talked deeper, we realized the problem wasn't just on the student side. Institutions were struggling too — managing thousands of redundant applications, fake data, and inefficient systems that hurt their reputation.
So we sketched out a plan — not just another app, but a complete framework for the modern examination era, connecting students and institutions directly, simplifying every step from discovery to admission.
That's how Exami was born — from a simple idea to a global vision to bring simplicity, trust, and transparency back to education.
